| Initial Consultation & Account Initiation This is a one time cost and is required for all nutrition deliveRD services. This cost covers your initial consultation, counseling and account set-up services. |
$150.00 (one time fee) |
| Healthy Food Shop & Delivery This is our basic plan. After completing the initial consultation, the RD awaits your request for grocery delivery. Your preferences are reviewed before every shop and your account is updated after each shop. Healthy food will be delivered to your home within 36 hours of your request. All produce is washed & ready-to-eat. Foods may be labeled to aide with portion control and new meal/snack ideas. |
$25.00 each shop (plus the cost of groceries) |
| Total Shop & Delivery This is a step above the basic plan. You get all the services of Healthy Food Shop but the RD will also shop for your everyday non-food items like soap, toilet paper, dog food, shampoo, laundry detergent, ziploc bags, etc. When you contact the RD for a grocery request you would also provide a list of everyday items in the quantity you need using the form on our website. |
$35.00 each shop (plus the cost of groceries & everyday items) |
| Recipe Preparation If you are interested in cooking healthy but don't have time to do it then have the RD get recipes started for you. Every 2-months a new set of featured recipes will be posted on the website and you can select which you would like the RD to prep for you. The RD will shop for the recipe items and purchase the size closest to what you need. The RD will then prepare the item to the point of cooking (wash it, cut it, measure it, pack it, label it) so all you have to do is open it up and throw it in the pot or pan. The customer is charged for Healthy Shop or Total Shop (as appropriate) and each recipe preparation. |
$20.00 per recipe (plus the cost of Healthy Shop or Total Shop) |
| Snack Pack If you have trouble with portion control, the RD will pack a week's worth of snacks in the appropriate size and label them for you. The customer will be charged for Healthy Shop or Total Shop (as appropriate) and snack pack. The customer can communicate snack likes & dislikes through the forms on our website. |
$15.00 for 7 days worth of snacks |
| Salad Starter With this option, you will receive all the necessary parts to a salad, washed and cut in appropriate sizes. Each vegetable is placed in a different resealable bag so that you can choose different ingredients each time you prepare a salad. This saves time and makes adding a salad to any meal simple! ** In the winter months you can choose a soup starter instead of a salad! |
